Rich has held executive leadership roles at NASDAQ-listed companies spanning the life sciences industry, including medical devices, biotech, and pharma. His experience includes serving as CFO, VP of Finance, and CEO, where he has successfully led companies through M&A transactions, SEC compliance, investor relations, and strategic financial planning.
With a focus on unlocking financial potential, Rich specializes in optimizing cash flow, improving operational efficiency, and guiding companies through high-growth phases and acquisitions.
He began his career in 2005 as an auditor in the Assurance group at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he gained a strong foundation in financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
